Tax evader Pamela Anderson curious as to how everyone else’s money is spent
Actress Pamela Anderson, celebrity spokeswoman for People of the Ethical Treatment of Animals tries a political approach in her way against the Canadian seal hunt. Pamela, who has been a U.S resident for over 20 years, has filed a series of access to information requests to gain knowledge of how much the government spends on the annual seal hunt.
“We’re wasting millions of tax dollars every year to prop up the violent, dying seal slaughter,” Anderson wrote in an email to The Canadian Press. “It’s no longer an issue of concern just for animal advocates but for any Canadian disgusted by government waste. And for the many Canadians who travel abroad, like me, it’s a huge embarrassment.”
Anderson filed three access requests with the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, and the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency.
The hilarious twist to the story can be found in Ms. Anderson’s own tax history. Pamela was recently found to owe over $1 million dollars in unpaid taxes to the U.S government, and is facing legal battles regarding millions of dollars of unpaid fee’s owed to contractors who performed work on her multi-million dollar Hollywood home.

Pamela Anderson no stranger to the skin trade herself with her ongoing sexcapades.
I think she needs to badly clean up her own act first before working on anyone else.
Wow. Maybe she should just be left alone…you know, it’s only a matter of time before she, and the other animal “rights” groups make themselves look like the complete idiots that they really are. Give them enough rope….you know the rest.
Is this April fool’s day joke or what? She can’t be serious! Pam Anderson could be a poster child for those who benefits from animal research! Instead she chooses to become the resident “Hypocrite for Peta”!! Someone who’s had so many injections (for cosmetic reasons) and implants as she has, should hide her face in shame at being such a hypocrite! I for one am so delighted she made the choice she did! Now, if anyone ever had a doubt, she’s confirmed it! PETA and its followers are NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF MISINFORMED HYPERCRITES!!!! PETA IS A JOKE!!!

I agree with what you all said about Pamela Anderson. She’s such a hypocrite, telling people not to eat meat, wear anything with animal products, or take animal-tested medicines, yet she’s been caught doing those same things. She claims to care about animals, but when she’s offered a large sum of money, she’ll quickly turn tale as if saying, ‘Screw them.’ She actually thinks that her stint on “Dancing with the Stars” will revamp her image. It won’t. If she really wants to revamp her image, she needs to clean up her act and start having respect for herself, of which she has none whatsoever with antics she pulls. She needs to get with the real world. Her acting career is finished as no director wants her in their movies. Nobody wants to buy her fashions either, and it’s her fault she’s in dire financial straits due to her constant partying and trying to spend money on stuff she can’t afford. I find it ironic that PETA calls celebrities who eat meat and wear fur fading stars when it’s their celebrity spokespersons whose careers are fading faster than the limelight on those of Sam Neill, Laura Dern, Halle Berry, Samuel L. Jackson, and many others.
Though she is definitely off her rocker and has some iffy stuff going on she still has a right to claim this information. I am doubtful their govt will release such sensitive information. It will take more than a celebrity to get that info out of them.
